How do I return an item?

RETURN EXCHANGE POLICY

 We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase but understand that sometimes an item needs to be returned or exchanged. Buffalo Dallas will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 15 days of the original ship date with a copy of receipt. 

If merchandise is returned for any other reason, etc. size, color, duplicate purchase/unwanted gift, a restocking fee of $5 or 10% of order, whichever is greater will apply.  If merchandise is returned for an exchange, that is less than the cost of the original item, the restocking fee applies.  If merchandise is returned for an exchange equivalent to the cost of the item, the restocking fee will not apply.  Customers are responsible for all shipping charges.  You may include a prepaid shipping label, or our office will contact you for payment regarding the shipping charge.

In the event of a defect, a picture may be requested.  Once we verify the merchandise is unworn, unused, a return label will be emailed to you. 

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON ITEMS PURCHASED AT EVENTS; however, merchandise may be exchanged for a different size. All shipping charges will be your responsibility.

Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund to the original method of payment. Please always include a brief note outlining your reason for returning the item and your contact information and order number.
