How do I return an item?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase but understand that sometimes an item needs to be returned or exchanged. Buffalo Dallas will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 15 days of the original ship date with a copy of receipt.

For orders placed by retail customers, refunds will be made in the original form of payment with copy of original receipt. Restocking fee of $10 or 10% of order, whichever is greater will apply. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, including return shipping.

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON ITEMS PURCHASED AT EVENTS; however, merchandise may be exchanged for a different size. All shipping charges will be your responsibility.

If you prefer an EXCHANGE instead of a refund, please notify us by email so that we may check stock on the new item you are requesting.

Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund back to the original method of payment.

Please include a brief note outlining your reason for returning the item and your contact information.
